This is all wonderfully geeky (posterous), and what's with my avatar your wondering?
Well, I'm not sure what the avatar means either - but I thought it was fun. I think it was some sort of Ultraman pose with some of my staff at my leaving dinner. Wonderful bunch of people - I hope to work with them sometime in the future! Watch this space!
